Modak, an Indian sweet is always enjoyed by people from far and wide. Modaks are Lord Ganesha’s favourite food. He relishes 21 served at a time. The sweet filling inside the modak consists of freshly grated coconut and jaggery, while the outer soft shell is made from rice flour or wheat flour mixed with khava or maida flour. 

Modaks are relished hot with ghee😋
